WinTime Online

WinTime Online Personal and WinTime Online Manager provide access to the WinTime system via a web Browser. WinTime Online is designed to operate over your wide area network to give you one system that meets the requirements of your entire organisation.

There are two modules within WinTime Online:

Online Personal Module - staff members access their own record using a desktop PC. They can view a summary of their own record including time booked/worked and their current balance, annual leave balance. They can also submit leave requests and adjustments directly to their manager.

Online Manager Module - Each manager is able to login to view employee's records within their department. They are able to view each person's time record and run reports to either the screen or to a printer. Managers can also enter adjustments for staff online and either authorise or deny requests made by staff within their department or team.

Both methods make use of the existing network to allow staff to view and manage their own records. Benefits include being able to lookup predated leave to ensure office cover and without needing to be at a WinTime PC. By using an online you are also saving the amount of paper that would traditionally be used to have adjustments authorised and then filed away.
