Occasionally the terminal time may need to be updated, this is often due to the PC time on the Goldwin PC drifting as the PC times can drift by a couple of minutes over a couple of months.

**Altering the terminal time during the working day will affect people's balances**

To set the time you will need an Admin username and password, if you do not know this please call the help desk.

• Close Goldwin.
• Adjust the PC time to the correct time.
• Restart Goldwin.
• Choose Files > Unlock.
• A Login box should appear, enter the username and password given via the helpdesk.
• Then select Files > Polling (to remove the tick)
• If polling is not displayed, then select Files > Lock and Unlock again.
• After the tick on polling has been removed choose Files > Set the terminal date & time.
• You may get a caution message warning that the times will be synchronised.
• Choose yes to send the time to the terminals.
• Turn polling back on via Files > Polling
• The terminals should be updated within 5mins. (approx)
