Getting more out of your system
Over the past year, we have been speaking to lots of our existing customers to find out what new features they would like developed for the WinTime or Etarmis systems. We were very surprised to be asked for features that were already available within their systems.
We have found that only 20% of our customers have been trained by hfx staff. This means that potentially they are missing out on lots of features that could be saving their organisations both time and money.
To address this, we have started free of charge one day seminar refresher training for our service contract customers. Our first course in Livingston was very successful, and we will be organising other dates around the country over the next few months.
