Checklist:
- Is the PC switched on and can you see your desktop / icons?
- Is Goldwin open or minimised at the bottom of your screen? If not open Goldwin, if it is view Goldwin and make a note of any messages.

General Information:
The bookings or swipes are stored within the terminals, for the information to be transferred to the WinTime PC a program called Goldwin needs to be open.
We recommend that Goldwin is left running all the time. If it is not open or the PC was closed over the weekend the bookings will remain in the terminals until Goldwin is started so it can begin to update the bookings and balances for all staff.
Goldwin can be kept minimised at the bottom of your screen, this just means that it is still open and working whilst still allowing you to open WinTime and other programs on the PC.

If you need to close the PC over a weekend for a planned power down etc, then simply close all programs and the PC as normal. Just remember to restart Goldwin at the earliest opportunity so that it can begin catching up.
