We have made every effort to include the requested report types into WinTime and if you have the full version you will find a number of different report types which can be printed either individually or for certain departments and the system as a whole.

Common reports include:
History, Absense, Presence, Annual Leave, Sickness, Accounting Period reports.

As your system grows you may require additional report types, we can create a custom report type to show desired information. If you would like to discuss this further please call or email and we will be able to give you quotation.

Email Reports:

Another popular request is for daily, weekly or custom reports to be produced in email format so staff can view them online, saving time and paper.

Depending on your setup we can also produce reports automatically so that your staff will have a copy of the report automatically sent to them on a regular basis, without the need for operators to spend time waiting large numbers of reports to print before distributing them.

We understand that it is sometimes useful to use data stored in WinTime into another application, well we can discuss ways of exporting certain items of data so you can use them within other applications.
