Occasionally a card may show the above error code when trying to book in via a time recording terminal. This usually happens when an employee has not booked out when leaving at the end of the previous day.
To rectify the situation the employee will need to make a departure booking as the last booking the system received from them was an Arrival. They will then be able to make an Arrival booking and WinTime will flag the forgotten departure.
If the employee worked past the default departure time then they will need to request an adjustment for their departure. This can either be entered via a Miscellaneous Adjustment or by entering a depart booking.
