hfx software can run using many different types of database. The most common databases we use WinTime products with are Paradox, Interbase/Firebird, and SQL database standards.

To identify which type you are using the easiest way is to choose:

Help > About when within WinTime. This will then display various information of which you should look to see what is written next to 'DRIVER'.

STANDARD = Paradox System
INTRBASE = Interbase/Firebird System
SYBASE = SQL System

Once you know which type of database your software uses you can ensure you follow the correct backup instructions.
