Occasionally you may see the above error messages when trying to open either Goldwin or WinTime . Below is some guidance to help resolve the problem.

If you click 'ok' the program should open . If it does you can continue as normal, the error was probably due to information relating to WinTime or Goldwin staying in the PC memory.

If the error remains, we would advise closing all programs and to restart or shutdown the machine, to clear the PC memory.

After restarting the PC the above errors should not be displayed. If they continue to show please contact the helpdesk
